Dr. F. Nana Ofosu-Amaah

Consultant, Researcher, and Creative in NJ

I am a versatile executive leader, independent consultant, researcher, board member, and creative with experiences across multiple sectors and organizations.

I have effectively built and led teams locally and internationally, keenly focused on collaborative strategic planning, fostering research-to-practice, data-driven decision-making, and communications.

Focusing on leaders, I aim to support organizations in developing and executing critical and holistic strategies to be more effective and efficient in meeting community/customer/client needs and expectations. This process focuses first on people, then internal processes, leveraging research methods, an understanding of best practices, a deep dive into data, and the principles of innovation.

As a continuous learner, my interests range from emerging technology, innovation, organizational development, education, family/community engagement, women, the arts, astronomy, and matters of spirituality.

My published dissertation research was focused on using innovation-related theories to understand pioneer teachers' lived experiences using virtual and augmented reality in PK-12 education. https://scholarship.shu.edu/dissertations/2906/
