I currently work @ Analytics 4 HR. Analytics 4 HR is a HR analytics organization and a spin-off project from the University of Liege and the Catholic University of Louvain. We collect, structure and analyze data related to people and organizational performance. We develop diagnostic tools and predictive models to help companies to make decisions based on data. We provide useful information to help companies make better decisions to promote employees’ well-being and business performance.

I am also project manager of Trust 4 Performance (T4P), a joint initiative of professors and researchers from HEC-ULg and UCL to promote trust as a lever for sustainable organizational performance. T4P seeks to raise awareness and inform the business community about the crucial role of trust between all stakeholders.
