Fadli Zon

Fadli Zon, born in Jakarta, June 1, 1971, a columnist, writer and social activist politics. Completing an undergraduate education in the Russian Studies Program, Faculty of Humanities University of Indonesia and Master of Science (MSc) Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) the UK.

Fadli Zon-Cisarua grew up in the village of Bogor, the first son of three brothers. His father and mother were people of Payakumbuh Minangkabau, West Sumatra. Completed primary education in Cibeureum, Cisarua, Bogor. Continuing school in Gadog, Bogor and Jakarta. High School for two years in Senior High School 31, East Jakarta. He received a scholarship from AFS (American Field Service) to San Antonio, Texas, United States and graduated there with a summa cum laude.
