Fagner Brack

Software Engineer in Sydney, Australia

Read my blog

Hi, I’m Fagner (pronounced ˈfeɪnɚ).

I am a software engineer working with the Australian Government in researching hiring and retaining talent in tech with experts in the fields of Continuous Improvement, ACTA, Dreyfus, Big 5, Goal Setting, Extreme Programming, etc.

I also developed a mobile-first booking system as a side-project to exercise specific technical skills.

In my spare time, I am also a writer, book/blog reader, Redditor, HackerNews, and Open Source contributor of js-cookie and previously impress.js. I’m also an organiser of Software Crafters Sydney.

I believe the best way to predict the future is to create it; and that asking the right question has more value than knowing the right answer, for that the right answer can be the answer to the wrong question, which is useless.
