Farida Bedwei

I co-founded a fintech company which specialises in developing branchless banking solutions for banks and microfinance institutions. Prior to that, I worked in the telecom software industry, developingmobile gateways and services for mobile networks and content providers.

I am also an author and a disability-rights advocate, and has been featured on many local and international media platforms including CNN, BBC, MSNBC Africa, etc. I am a public speaker, and a Young Global Leader in the World Economic Forum
