Federico Andino

Hello! This is my pointer page to all my endeavors. I´m Federico Andino, called also Jñanavajra and I´m a Buddhist meditation teacher (in the Palden Sakya lineage of Tibetan Buddhism) as well as an university professor of Tibetan Buddhism (Universidad del Salvador - Buenos Aires, Argentina). I also work as a Project Manager @IBM and in the few time that I have left, run some side projects, as well as my own startup.

It does sound impressive, but in reality I mostly spend my time writing (have a couple of books published) or working as a manager or meditation teacher, as well as caring for (or being cared by) my kids and wife.
