With 10+ years of training and management experience in the fitness industry, I continue to share my knowledge/experience and resources as a freelance fitness instructor and presenter. Enhancing the functional wellness of the over-obligated & under-served is my mission.

However, my lifelong affinity for music/language and performance inspired my co-founding of the women's creative collective, Honey Pot Performance ("HPP"). With HPP, I have crafted evocative multimedia performances that explore such notions as sexuality, home, memory and history.

As a woman of many passions, I enjoy learning and utilizing interdisciplinary approaches to support both creative and commercial endeavors. I also enjoy guiding people to their "sweet spot" of creativity and wellness.
