What Sets This Artist Apart From The Rest?
This Australian born singer, writer, producer and artist is a two time winner of ‘Best Female Solo Artist Australia’ in the prestigious International Music Aid Awards and is also a two time West Australian Music Awards nominee. Her successes continue in 2012 as the winner of the UK's Highland Uproar Music Challenge and no less than three nominations in the 2012 International Bite My Music Global Awards.
Feritta has enjoyed international success in a variety of independent & international online charts and her album, A Journey Begins, an Indian/western fusion marks the beginning of a new sound and a great time for those who want to come along for the ride.
Performing and promoting A Journey Begins has seen Feritta receiving reguarly airplay on many independent radio stations internationally, provided the opportunity to MC for Bollywood superstar Sonu Nigam, open for triple platinum award winning superstar Pankaj Udhas, open 2011’s 65th Indian Indpendence Day celebrations in Australia, perform to sold out crowds for the "The Godfather of Bhangra" Bally Sagoo in Australia as well perform alongside Bollywood producer to the stars DJ Nawed, in the USA. She has also written, sung and produced for a Canadian Hindi film project as well as recorded a project with Trance producer Ronski Speed.
Her creative talents also extend into the world of jewelry design and making and a clothing line as well as a cook book which are all projects Feritta is con-currently working on.
Feritta is managed and working with mentor, producer and director of US company DonEProductions & DRM Music Group Donnie Osbourne in association with ReInvent Music.
