About Me
I enlisted in the Army Reserve in 2003 as a Chemical Operations (CBRN) Specialist. (MOS: 74D) While deployed, I had the opportunity to work with joint and multi-national forces and learn how to apply my CBRN skills and training in a real-world tactical environment. In 2013, I was selected for an assignment as an Active, Guard, and Reserve (AGR) Soldier. In 2015, I attended the Army Reserve Career Counselor Course (MOS: 79V) and I relocated to Florida in 2016 to begin this exciting and challenging new step in my career.
I graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Purchase Colege in May 2012 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both History and Political Science and a minor in Asian Studies. While studying at Purchase, I spent one semester in Osaka, Japan at Kansai Gaidai University - 関西外大. I am a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (Sigma Alpha Pi) and was selected as the Senior Class Speaker for Commencement through a highly competitive application and audition process. I am currently working toward my Master's Degree.
I have professional experience in the Retail, Information Technology, and Higher Education Administration sectors.
