Native of Valencia Spain, Fernando Carbonell attended the Valencian Vocational School in 1988 and The Tevian School of Cosmetology in 1992, he has worked under Miguel Carbo Perruquers and El Corte Ingles in Spain, his clients include Isabella Rosellini and the Baroness Thyssen among others. His Fortes are color, color correction, precision hair cutting and styling. Fernando is truly a hair artist! Fernando represented Lancer Cosmetics in his native Valencia.
