Figgy Papilaya, a young Ambonesse was born in Ambon on July 16th 1988, 1st son of 3. He is passionate about Music since he was a child and dream to be a real musician. Until he came to Jakarta, he learn about music in Institut Kesenian Jakarta (2006) and Institut Musik Indonesia (2007-2010) and he was played keyboard for Indonesian singers and musician like Ello, Citra Scholastika, Rayen Pono, etc. Until the dream come true when he meet the chance to play music with Alvin Lubis (www.alvinlubis.com) Alvin is his Lecturer on Institut Musik Indonesia, genius musician, great musician, keyboard player who work for Erwin Gutawa management, and from Alvin he was enjoyed the team of a famous and genius composer in Indonesia, Erwin Gutawa for Musikal Laskar Pelangi (2010-2011) as keyboard player in Jakarta, Singapore, and Jogja. Also join A concert "Masterpiece of Erwin Gutawa (2011) as Keyboard Player. Figgy also join in a team as Assistent Music Director for Alvin Lubis "Alvin's Music Design" & "Aluna Band" for such of event like live concert (Harmoni - SCTV, etc) and Indonesia Mencari Bakat (Trans TV - Indonesia) Under the management of Erwin Gutawa Production as Music Arranger. As musician, Figgy get the chance to playing music from Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. Working for IMB with the great musicians like Echa Soemantri, Reno Revano, Erik Nur Firmansyah, Carlo "Jikustik", Demas Narawangsa, Bambang "Kahitna", Sadrach Lukas, LouCP, Yessi Kristianto, etc. Many experience he get from his career as musician, from the event like Java Jazz, Musikal Bawang Merah Bawang Putih, and as music producer and arranger for many Ambon Popular Song. working with many great musicians and until now he get his dream come true... Now Figgy is an arranger and band leader for #Aluna2, under management & production of Erwin Gutawa Production, live on Trans TV for Indonesia Mencari Bakat every Saturday and Sunday 6pm until June 2013. On 2014 his latest project as producer & music director for LOLEBA Project. A band from Ambon (www.facebook.com/lolebamusic) and also as Producer with Glenn Fredly for Original Sound Track of Cahaya Dari Timur. And many music projects he did.
