Floyd Saunders, is a writer and blogger focusing on personal finance and investing. He has spent his professional career working in the financial services industry including assignments in retail banking, commercial, wholesale and investment banking.

In addition to his banking/insurance industry experience, he has worked as a financial planner/tax preparer, investment advisor and is the author of several books on implementing the project management office, project management, financial markets, securities and personal finances.

Floyd holds a Masters degree in Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors of Arts degree from San Diego State University.

He has taught for Baker University, Kansas; St. Mary’s College, Moraga, CA; Diablo Valley College, South Lake Tahoe Community College and St. Leo's College. In addition to college teaching, he has several years of teaching experience with the American Bankers Association and at the corporate level with Bank of America.

Mr. Saunders is the author of the following books: Implementing the PMO, College Without Ramen Noodles, Figuring Out Wall Street, Family Financial Freedom, Investing in Securities, Banking on Mutual Funds and Annuities.
