We all have gifts and talents to share with the world and I am here to help shine a light on your tool box. You CAN give birth to the most beautiful life of your dreams. In simpler terms: to give yourself permission to do your life, ON YOUR TERMS.

It has been my mission to give women and entrepreneurs the nudge needed to leave their mental nests and soar. I love helping people drop from their thinking (bobble head) mind and INTO their feelings (the body) to uncover and discover the truth of their juicy, their joy.

I feel strongly that women will heal this world as we are experiencing a planetary shift in consciousness and that entrepreneurs are the creative bowl of the new business model and commerce. In order for this to happen fully (easier), we (you and me) can’t afford to just think outside the box. How about blowing it up?

Let us, start from scratch, live in our bodies (be comfortable in our skin) and unlearn unhelpful behaviors, so that we can lead the charge.

Our nature as women is to collect, gather and harness our energies and we have gotten away from that. Thus we have left our bodies, our truth and essence and have lived only in masculine energy (read: from the head up). This has left our bodies feeling alone and our dreams abandoned. The time has come to reclaim these with power and grace.

My favorite motto is: however AND…It is an AND and both statement. It allows a few possibilities to be present. When you can see the possibilities you are closer to a solution, thus you have an opportunity NOT a problem.
