Ashlee N. Ford Versypt is an assistant professor at Oklahoma State University School of Chemical Engineering. She was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned her PhD from the University of Illinois and BS from the University of Oklahoma. She researches pharmaceutical and biological problems with tools from chemical engineering, computational science, and mathematics. She also actively engages in the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) outreach community to increase public awareness of the societal benefits of STEM fields, to promote diversity, and to enhance STEM education.
