Greetings, I’m Fred. I worked in The Hague, Monrovia, Ouagadougou, Bamako, Dakar, Washington DC and lived in Den Bosch, Dordrecht, Oss, Terneuzen, Tilburg. Areas of interest are the Rule of law, Human rights, and Africa. I’m also interested in History and Slave trade. I enjoy old maps and also jazz music helps me to unwind.
