I am an Administrative Professional at Seeking New Opportunities currently living in Houston, Texas. I have experience in many aspects of office administration. I have been responsible for general reception, ordering stock and office supplies, maintaining records, creating and updating inventories, scheduling appointments and greeting customers at the door.

I have also had the opportunity to work closely with sales and marketing professionals through the years as a colleague and as direct support. Maintaining communication and facilitating reporting and data exchanges between departments was a key responsibility that I enjoyed every day. Composing outgoing communications for customers, clients and prospects gave me the ability to maintain my creative writing skills and learn about effective email and print mail design. These responsibilities also helped me to develop excellent time management and prioritizing skills to complete work on a deadline.
