Francis BRADLEY

Francis is responsible for the Canadian Electricity Association's (CEA) policy development through the association's councils and committees, as well as its security and critical infrastructure protection programs.
A graduate of Concordia University in Montreal, he is a member of the Board of Advisors of Concordia's School of Community and Public Affairs, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree at Carleton University's Norman Paterson School of International Affairs in the Intelligence and National Security cluster.
