Frank Casas Sulca

I was born in 1985 in Lima, Peru. I am Journalist and professor in New Media for Education, and Higher Education Studies. I 've got a Master degree of Political Science (Public Policy and Government). I am coordinator of Project "virtual world" to University of San Martin de Porres.
