Frank Guarnera

Over the past 15 years, Frank Guarnera has established himself as a leader in the mortgage banking industry. Presently, Mr. Guarnera serves as the executive director of valuations for the Accurate Group, LLC. At this Independence, Ohio, firm, he manages sales, operations, compliance, strategic planning, and development of new valuation products. Additionally, Frank Guarnera has overseen the company's growth into a national appraisal management agency.

Before joining the Accurate Group in 2010, Mr. Guarnera served as the vice president of strategic accounts for First American Corporation. In this position, he advised clients and built relationships with mid-sized financial institutions across the nation, offering products ranging from asset management and property valuations to data analytics and field services. Moreover, First American Corporation chose him as its representative during client presentations and product demonstrations. One of Frank Guarnera's most notable accomplishments during this period involved supervising the Louisiana Road Home Project, an initiative that provided support to the more than 125,000 homeowners whose houses were damaged in Hurricanes Rita and Katrina. Other companies that benefited from his guidance include AmeriQuest Mortgage Corp. and United Lender Services.
