An accomplished senior administrator, Frank Hamrak studied business management at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York, where he was a recurrent member on the dean's list. He went on to serve as a senior vice president of investments at Paine Webber, a senior portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney, and a senior vice president and councilmember at Lehman Brothers. From his present headquarters in New York, Frank Hamrak holds dual positions with Chain Bridge Capital, LLC, and Beech Hill Advisors.

Chain Bridge Capital is a high-worth offshore fund for which Mr. Hamrak serves as money manager and principal. Catering primarily to sophisticated foreign investors, Chain Bridge has been one of the best-performing hedge funds of the past three years. Its domestic branch is now open to U.S. investors.

Since 2010, Frank Hamrak has served as senior vice president and portfolio manager with Beech Hill Advisors, a financial analysis and consulting firm with a history that dates back to the early 1930s. Mr. Hamrak works with independent investors, using a combination of fundamental and technical analytic techniques.
