Frank Schwall Frank Schwall combines his work and life experiences to offer his clients guidance through the buying and selling process of their home. Schwall uses a results driven strategy helping clients clearly define their goals and objectives leading to successful transactions and professional relationships.
Schwall uses creative sales and marketing skills learned while launching and growing new businesses at major Wall Street firms, including PaineWebber and UBS, to get maximum exposure for his client’s properties. His expertise developed from articulating branding and positioning strategies throughout his career is used while representing his clients during negotiations.
Frank has always had a fascination and love for New York City, its wonderful buildings, and the daily action of city life. Schwall’s family ties to New York go back 115 years when his great great grandfather immigrated to New York.
Frank’s experiences in sales and marketing along with his passion and knowledge of New York Real Estate provide clients with expert insight, guidance and representation.
Schwall is involved with many organizations outside of the real estate industry. Frank is a cancer survivor so his work with the Colon Cancer Alliance and Swim Across America is personal. As a Baylor graduate Frank is actively involved in the Baylor NYC Network. Frank also supports the New York Harbor School, leads the middle school youth group at St James the Less Episcopal Church and hones his speaking and presentation skills each month at the mid-town chapter of Toastmasters.
