Frederic brings more than 25 years of experience in the Software and IT consulting industries. He is a Business Executive with broad U.S. and European experience in all aspects of business development, as well as international sales and marketing strategy.

Frederic founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of IDB Consulting. He successfully sold the company in June 2009 to iORGA, a European mid-market ERP specialist. For 12 years, Fred drove the operational strategy of the company, with a focus on establishing IDB as an independent global consulting firm specialized in Data Management. IDB had its offices in the United States, France, and Canada and was ranked 90th IT Services Company in France.

Fred is the President of the Board of the French American Chamber of Commerce and is fully committed to bridge the gap between the American and the French-speaking business communities.

Fred is currently VP Business Development at Symphony transforming the way business users communicate effectively and securely with a single workflow application.

Fred is the founder and Chairman of the Executives Anonymous, a CEO group of 50 executives from Silicon Valley who meet on a monthly basis to share their vision on the corporate world and to exchange best practices.

Fred is also a visiting professor at ESCEN teaching entrepreneurship to Bachelor and Master degree students.

Fred is also a sponsored athlete and Brand Ambassador for the leading kiteboarding company Naish International. From 2004 to 2008, as shareholder of Genetrix Kiteboarding, he was instrumental in the design and marketing of the first sailing vessel to break the 50 knots barrier.
