Public Relations, Political Sciences and International Relations interest me. I am a strong believer of utilising New Media, and empathising with one's target audience to reach out to them. My passions include travelling, learning new languages and cultures, and further understanding the progressive role of New Media in today's ever-changing social, economic, and political landscapes.

In 2012, I graduated with a Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations from Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Film & Media Studies in Singapore. In my love for classical music and interest in Public Relations, I was accorded the role of Publicity Director for Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Klavierensemble Club from 2009 to 2010, and inducted into its Organizing Committee for the "l'Musique de Klavier" concert of 2010. Though a relatively short but fruitful experience in Events Management, my team successfully organised a seminar on Asia-Pacific's Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) Industry at the Ngee Ann Alumni Clubhouse. For the seminar, my principle role was in marketing, ticketing, logistics, catering, inviting two industry veterans as keynote speakers, in addition to my role as the event's emcee.

Alongside my academic works, I have pursued an internship at the Singapore and Vietnam offices of the Mileage Communications Group in 2010 and 2011. At Mileage IPRO Communications (Hanoi, Vietnam), I aided the company in its handling of "The Backstreet Boys' Tour of Vietnam" in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Among other tasks, my assignment was to conduct media research, draft of a press release, script a invitation letter to the Embassy of The United States of America in Vietnam, craft a storyline for a Mileage Communications Group corporate advertisement, and conduct text amendments to the Mileage IPRO Communications' corporate website. Whilst at Mileage Communications (Singapore), my assignments include aiding the Account Executives in their media monitoring activities. In addition, I have also submitted travel and dining articles to Biz Daily — a daily e-newsletter in Singapore, which have since been published on several occasions.

At present, I am a Grade 8 in Piano certificate holder of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). With English and Mandarin Chinese as my native proficiencies, I am learning German, Korean and their respective cultures to be a more global-minded citizen.
