Fred Norris PhD

Fred Norris, Ph.D. is a professional psychologist in Thousand Oaks, California. He has more than 30 years of clinical experience, including four years of teaching, and has presented on a variety of topics. Fred Norris, Ph.D. received his Bachelor and Master of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. He added a second graduate degree, a Master of Business Administration, from California Lutheran University a short time later. Fred Norris, Ph.D. chose to focus his career on counseling psychology, completing his Doctorate at the University of Southern California. Licensed to practice as a psychologist and marriage, family, and child counselor, Fred Norris, Ph.D. assists clients in a variety of settings.
