I am a hardworking person who is eager and willing to learn and grow beyond measure. Thus far, I continue to break-through barriers to enter into society as a young man with astonishing goals to achieve throughout the journey.

I have worked as a warehouse associate for over two years as for several industries. I also obtained knowledge and skills working within the retail field as a Customer Service Reprepsentative.

My knowledge and skills consist of the following:

• Compute and record totals of transactions
• Greet customers entering establishments
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints
• Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items
• Answer customers' questions, and provide information
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures

My intermediate career objectives is to acquire a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology, in which to become a Video Game developer. I am very passionate and knowlegdeable in regards to this field. It's a dream of mine and I am researching this field to develop a proactive plan of action to achieve this goal. Lastly, I am a quick and avid learner and I put forth excellence at work, school,as well as society as a whole. I am ready for my next challenge.
