Richard Fricks

Richard Fricks resides in Sachse and is married to Jennie. They have four children and seven grandchildren. Richard has been very active in community service having served four years as City Councilman for the City of Garland and on the Board of Adjustment for the City of Lucas. Richard and his wife, Jennie were foster parents for 10 years and adopted Joy who is now 19 years old and enlisted in the Marine Corp. They are active members of Sachse First Baptist Church in Sachse.

Richard´s interest in real estate has led him to be active with the MetroTex Association of Realtors of which he is serving on the Governmental Affairs Committee. He has also served as a Board Member for the Collin County Association of REALTORS.

From January 2007 to October of 2009 he managed the Keller Williams office in Garland, managing as many as 75 agents. In October 2009 he resumed his career in full time real estate, leveraging his management and training to providing a high level of service and professionalism to his clients.

Richard earned his Broker’s license in June of 2010 and started his own Real Estate Brokerage in September of 2016. The office has grown to 17 agents.
