Gabriella White

An accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Journalists, Gabriella is an international writer and photographer. She is also a Language Ambassador of the UK Government and Editor of The Culture Cave, an online magazine.

In the arts world, Gabriella has worked with the BBC and galleries across the globe to promote contemporary artists, including the Karen19 Gallery in Sydney, Australia, Britain’s National Portrait Gallery, the Tate, Britain’s Royal College of Art, the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea, London and the Louvre in Paris.

Her publications can be found in papers such as the Western Daily, West Country Life, Gloucestershire Daily, Hampstead & Highgate Express (London), Liverpool Echo, Liverpool.com, USA's Southern Arts Digest, the Tokyo Daily, plus charity organisations such as Parkinsons UK(&USA). Gabriella blogs for Multilingual Books in Seattle and provides PR, branding and marketing support to the company, now ranked 8th in the world. Gabriella also films and broadcasts for their partner company Multilingual Travel.

Gabriella was brought up bilingually in Dutch and English and travelled Europe from a young age, spending most of her summers in Holland and Luxemburg travel-writing, often creatively inspired by her Dutch grandfather, an artist from Amsterdam who was fluent in Russian and German. Gabriella mastered French, German, Linguistics and History of Art at the University of Durham and landed a wide-ranging career in international marketing management, journalism and interpreting. Gabriella enjoys the challenges of foreign PR projects: her fluency in five European languages has allowed her to undertake work in international relations for public sector government, the private sector as well as work overseas. Gabriella’s clients include the Oxford English Dictionary for phonetic transcription, as well as the University of Sydney.
