I use clean data models, driver trees, and unit economics to select levers. I stand up dashboards for executives and frontline teams. KPI sets include NRR, CAC payback, gross margin, EBITDA bridge, OPEX run rate, and working capital days. Weekly reviews highlight outliers and owners act the same day.

I am an expert in PE value creation. Experience spans pre-deal diligence, 100-day plans, carve-outs, synergy tracking, and exit prep. I run PMOs to align management with investors without noise. Quick wins are achieved in Q1, with structural gains realised in year one.

I re-engineer companies with clear roles, simple rituals, and lean workflows. Operating cadence sets priorities each week. RACI, SOPs, and service catalogues remove ambiguity—product, sales, and delivery work from one plan. Time to value drops, margins rise, and churn falls.

As COO, I own cross-functional planning, risk, and performance. I remove waste, shorten cycle times, and protect cash. I hire and grow teams for scale. I answer with numbers, not opinions.

• Lifted Smart Spaces ACV from £9.2M to £13.4M in 12 months.
