Gaia Vincenzi is an Italian showjumper born in Milan in 1987.
She owns a beautiful mare: Icona dei Ronchi, Italian warmblood born in 2003 from entire Selle Français genealogy (Dohitzun Guernica x Let Tot De Semilly: two of the most famous and successful stallions of FEI French Nations Cup, in the recent history of show jumping).
In 2011 Gaia decided to merge her marketing skills acquired during studies to her riding involvements, so she opened www.iconadeironchi.com, a diary about her daily equestrian activities: competitions, training, equipment, collaborations and more.
Iconadeironchi.com, translatable in each language and wrote both in ITA and EN, has immediately catalyze attention of equestrian lovers from all over the world. Now it boasts 22.000 monthly readers, 20.300 subscribers to the newsletter and several thousands of followers on its social media channels (+10k on Facebook, +13k on Instagram, +9k on Twitter).
Gaia, as she is competent rider, works forequestrian media and magazines as journalist, and is recruited for the reviews at all the most important events of international show jumping: she was involved with Gucci for the Masters Grandslam, with Rolex for the FEI World Cup, and now with the new FEI’s timekeeper and main partner Longines, for the FEI World Cup legs again and also for the Global Champions Tour.
Gaia is also going on in collaborations, marketing campaigns and sponsorships with a lot of equestrian brands (for some of them she is the unique Italian testimonial).
In 2013 she moved with her mare to Circolo Ippico di Castellazzo, property of Olympic showjumper medalist Vittorio Orlandi, to improve her technique.
