Being named "Best Storyteller" in his kindergarten class was a lot of pressure to live up to, but Steven J. Gaither has proven to be up to the task.
Since then he's gone on to become an award-winning college journalist, serial blogger and an accomplished freelance journalist. His work has appeared in newspapers such as The Boston Globe and The Raleigh News and Observer as well as DiverseEducation and HBCULifestyle. He is also the founder of HBCUGameday, a website dedicated to coverage of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
