For over twenty years, I have worked as a strategist, director, designer, engineer and instructor, using the best principles and techniques of design thinking, creative problem solving, and user-centered design to see hidden opportunities for customer (CX) & user experience (UX) improvement, to develop strategies for digital transformation, and to create innovative, meaningful and elegant user-centric solutions that result in a significant return on investment for my clients.
