Gary moved to the Lone star state when he was 12 his father worked in construction in the early 80's.
He then graduated West wood high school in Williamson County Texas outside of Austin in 1985 and moved on to Graduated from Angelo State University in 1990 BA Psych.
1994 Master of Public Administration (full academic scholarship).
