After a long career in the RF semiconductor industry — Texas Instruments, M/A-COM, TriQuint, Microwave Journal — I have semi-retired, doing some consulting and giving back to the communities I’m part of.

I feel fortunate to have been one of the midwives at the birth of GaAs IC technology, now a multi-billion dollar industry. Your cell phone, tablet, and laptop all use GaAs ICs to make cellular and Wi-Fi connections.
