My career turning point? In 2003, I was hired as director and managing editor of Redskins.com, the official team web site of the Washington Redskins. I implemented an aggressive news strategy, working closely with the public relations and marketing staff, and the site grew in unique visitors by 270 percent from 2004-12.
I married my wife Liza in 2008 and we have two beautiful daughters Molly and Clara. Everything I do, I do for them.
