Started as Blender 3d Animator (2006) in an Electronic production company.

Worked there for 6 months.

Joined a young animation studio (14th April, 2007)

Got the reality check of my skills and industry expectations.

So, moved into WEB and On 16th October 2007 joined a high energy startup and fitted myself into role of CakePHP Developer & Designer (2007).

Then! I started learning designing, cross browser designing. Started trotting the articles and latest trends.

Getting serious with the play, become aware of UX, UX design and usability.

Adopted Drupal to scale up further, started with the Drupal theming & done it religiously. (2007-2012)

Got Webby and couple of web awards also for mnn.com

Mentored fresh talent for designing & Drupal theming.

Left that startup after 3 years and joined OSSCube as Lead UI Developer on 2nd August 2010 (Monday)

Here I have done theming & front end stuff in Drupal theming (from scratch or maintenance, project/client specific)

SugarCRM theming customisations

HTML5 based Symfony application & iPhone version of same

Admin front end from scratch for a Web app. in CodeIgniter and evaluated inuit css framework

And completely random did Wireframing of higly comlex app. completely from scratch via Pencil addon (2011) at enterprise level.

In Drupal theme, I have done theming from scratch (tailored approach) & evaluated, implemented drupal theme such as BluePrint, 960.gs, Zen, Basic, Adaptive theme so far.

At work i have been doing Mentoring/Collabrating/Co-ordinating/Delegating in design or misc. team.

From community aspect, done contribution in tech/open source community either by presenting, inhouse tech. presentation & tweeting.

Left OSSCube, and joined a company having employee strength of 1500+ employees and now my Role is of System Analyst (usability)

Fill the important role for Desig thinking, Product UI and UX Part of the core innovation team. Worked there for more than 2 years, waited for the product release to client.

Landed back in startup, Aug 2015!
