Gaurav Mishr

First started as a Blender 3d Animator (2006) in an Electronic production company.

Worked there for 6 months.

After then, joined a young team in an animation studio (14th April, 2007), which was a experimental divison of an IT company.

Got the reality check of my skills and industry expectations.

Then changed my mind and moved into WEB (before the experimental divison was shut down). On 16th October 2007 joined a high energy startup and fitted myself into role of CakePHP Developer & Designer (2007).

Then! I started learning designing, cross browser designing. Started trotting the articles and latest trends.

Getting serious with the play, become aware of UX, UX design and usability.

Working with CakePHP, had some limitations.
So, adopted Drupal. Started the Drupal theming & doing religiously. (2007-2010-& currently doing also)

Got Webby and couple of web awards also for mnn.com

Mentored fresh talent for designing & Drupal theming.

Left that startup after 3 years and joined OSSCube as Lead UI Developer on 2nd August 2010 (Monday)
