Roberto Gauvin

School Principal

Hi ! I'm the principal of the "Centre d' @pprentissage of Haut-Madawaska"(CAHM), a K to 8 francophone school located at Clair in New Brunswick Canada. I hold a baccalaureat in secondary education (major in mathematics and minor in physics) from the University of Moncton, a post-baccalaureat and a master's degree in School Administration from the University of Manitoba.

I have been a keynote speaker for many years and had a chance to make presentations in English and in French on "Effective uses of Web 2.0" in schools across the country. In January 2007, I took part at the “Rendez-vous d'Autrans” in France with two students from the CAHM. In 2007, I have presented some of our projects in Kenya at the "eLearning Africa Conference" in Nairobi. I have received the “Microsoft Innovative Teacher Award" in November 2008 which brought me at the World Wide Microsoft Innovative Teachers Conference in HongKong. I also had the chance to visit "The Idea Factory" in Singapore. I'm one of the main organizers of Clair2012, an international conference that gather passionated peoples with the use of Web 2.0 for learning in order to “See education differently”…
