As a speaker, I focus on trying to make people "laugh, cry, and think." I am also an Innovative Learning, Teaching, and Leadership Consultant and the author of The Innovator's Mindset. I am passionate about empowering all learners in my work and focus deeply on how we unleash talent in others so they can embrace meaningful change. My focus is less on preparing learners for the “real world,” but how do we help students make the “real world” better right now?

This is my driving goal as a father and educator.
