Genevieve Ball

Hello :) My name is Genevieve and I'm a driven and enthusiastic business professional with a creative edge pursuing a challenging and rewarding career in Technical Recruiting. I'm also the Founder and CEO of GoSeek Recruiting. In simpler terms, I am a Headhuntress! Kind of like Dog the Bounty Hunter, but I seek out the good guys... I connect unique companies in the Bay Area, whether advanced or startup, with top software engineers to fill their specialized positions. I have a true passion for customer service, communication and writing, project development and execution, business and account management, marketing, and sales. I am extremely personable and eager to create positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and other people I connect with!

Work is continuous, however I enjoy my many other passions in life. I live and breathe anything horses- I have been riding since the age of 3 and competing on the Hunter-Jumper Circuit for over a decade. I am an active member of a local horse rescue (we pull horses in need from kill auctions, fix 'em up, and find them their forever homes). I work out five days per week and I have recently discovered my love for Spinning & Pilates Plus classes, as well as outdoor cycling. Finally, I have my two rescue dogs, Stella and Zoey, who keep me busy and content :)

Traveling is something that I can't get enough of! My travels include, but are not limited to, France, England, Italy (lived & studied in Florence for 6 months), Germany (Munich- loved the Hofbrauhaus experience!), Switzerland, Austria, Turkey, Greece, the Greek Islands, Ecuador, Galapagos Islands, Tahiti (got my one and only tattoo here!), and my favorite, a two-week safari through the South African wilderness! I have a growing list of places I would like to visit and re-visit. Anthony Bourdain has also made me realize the importance of experiencing unique and customary foods while traveling, so that list is continuously expanding as well...
