I’m a baby-boomer, born in California but raised on the East Coast – with deep roots in the Shenandoah Valley.

My career choices ran the gamut from bartender, waitress, office work, senior support staff, business and retail management, and car sales. The most fun I ever had was as a bartender in a joint with topless dancers – please note that they were topless, not me.

After many successes, some spectacular failures, great joys and greater sadness, dead-ends, false starts, mis-steps, multiple careers and disappointing romances the Universe took pity and started me on the journey of self-discovery with the Secret www.thesecret.tv . I realized that I don’t have to accept my life as it is – I can take control and create the life I want. I don’t have to be over-weight, out-of-shape, unhealthy, broke, lonely, frustrated or unhappy.
