Gianluca Carroccia

Hi. My name is Gianluca Carroccia and I am Co-founder and Head of Product at Tangle.

I am a passionate Android Developer very interested in location-based services, UX/UI Design, Usability and User Engagement. I have some experience in Front End Web Development and professional knowledge of several other languages. I have also worked as Graphic Design Freelancer for 7 years and as RFID Protocols Designer.

Working as Head of Product at Tangle is for me a amazing experience. I have acquired skills in LEAN and Agile Methodologies, I have dealt with Customer Development, Product Design & Development, Metrics-Driven Development and Testing.

A great help in developing my entrepreneurial skills has arrived from Searchcamp and Ignite100. I have been part of the Searchcamp (searchcamp.co) accelerator programme for tech startups with Tangle and I am currently working at Campus North, headquarter of Ignite100 (ignite100.com) tech accelerator and incubator, in Newcastle upon Tyne.

I love politics and be part of associations and societies. I play the piano and I was part of a rock band. I read books every time I have time to do it, expecially classics.
