My name is Gilbert; I live in Washington, D.C. I'm a 2014 University of Portland alumnus. I'm also a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University's M.S. in public policy and management program at Heinz College where I study technology, information, and innovation policy. I currently work for the National Telecommunications and Information Administration where I work on broadband Internet access, equity and affordability issues.
