Gilde Flores
Music Composer, Music Producer, and Musician in the United States
From composing additional music for feature films, such as “The Wolverine,” music for a Triple-A title, “Far Cry 4,” to being awarded “Best Score” for his work on an independent film, Gilde has made his mark in the multimedia arena and continues to be an aggressive force in the industry. Self-taught, with early musical guidance by his father, he started his career at a young age as a musician touring the United States playing multiple instruments, with multiple bands, and in multiple genres. With this experience, he began his journey into creating music for visual media by creating music for an MTV show; “Adventures in Hollyhood” starring Three 6 Mafia. After working as a sound engineer, and alongside some of the greatest music producers, his vision of becoming a music producer/composer himself solidified. Shortly after, he produced music for Anita Ward, Latin artist Christian, Amanda Perez, as well as various placements of his music in TV. In 2013, his music was placed in the feature film, “The Wolverine,” followed by multiple placements of his music in shows spread across various TV networks and corporations, various film shorts, and ranging from commercial advertisements to video game and motion picture advertisements (theatrical trailers). Another highlight was his work for a short independent film which awarded him his first award for “Best Score,” during a first annual student film festival. Today, Gilde continues to work with some of the biggest names and organizations in visual media and recording artist, and rapidly propels ahead with other major works in progress…..................................................................................................
