I am a Software Developer with a MSc degree in Software Engineering, focused on Human Computer Interaction.
I work with different sets of web and mobile frameworks to build meaningful and innovative solutions that empower people. I bring digital ideas to life from design to product through my expertise in projects involving multiple stakeholders. I am an eager and fast learner and I strive to keep myself up to date on the most recent technologies.

I have experience with Business Process Management and Enterprise Knowledge Management tools as well as implementation of Business Intelligence applications and CRM platforms.
I am also the author of Contactical: a mobile CRM app for Vtiger and Sugar (http://www.contactic.al) published on the iOS App Store, the embodiment of my vision to deliver state-of-the-art user experience to enterprise users. I put extreme care in designing and architecting the entire mobile solution, from API and backend to mobile client.

In 2013 and 2014 I moved to Amsterdam working with social innovation startups and on smart city projects in an Agile multi-disciplinary team through my own civic tech startup (backed by the EU initiative “Code for Europe”), sharpening my design and communication skills and dealing with multiple stakeholders through the project lifecycle.

I strongly believe that technology should help in building "tools that amplify human abilities". I focus my interest on web and cloud computing, mobile devices and anything that leads to ubiquitous, open access to transparent information with the ultimate goal to perform better choices to improve efficiency and efficacy, on professional as well as private life.
