George has over seventeen years experience as an educator and specializes in bringing high-tech down to Earth. He is currently a technical trainer for Amazon Web Services (AWS) where he teaches cloud architecture, systems operations, security, and other courses related to cloud computing.

George has three children and is married to Mandi Sawyer. They enjoy the challenge of living a very low-tech, sustainable life in a high-tech urban world.
