Glenn Fulcher

Glenn Fulcher, of Telford Bucks County Pennsylvania, functions as Vice President of Teamsters Local 830 in Philadelphia. A strong advocate of workers' rights, Fulcher has endeavored to enhance employee earnings and benefits as well as working conditions during his 35-year career with the union.

Working in sales for Coca-Cola for 23 years, Glenn Fulcher simultaneously assisted union members while serving on Local 830's executive board. After being elected Vice President of Local 830 in 2006, Glenn Fulcher has settled complaints and grievances and negotiated contracts with major employers. Additionally, he has taken part in the Brewery & Soft Drink Conference as a delegate and graduated from the Teamsters Organizer Boot Camp. Fulcher also promotes the scholarship fund for members children and connected members suffering from drug and alcohol issues with rehabilitation services.

Glenn Fulcher received training in union organization from the JC-53 Organizing School in 1987 and from the Teamsters Leadership Academy in 2004. From 2002 to 2015, Fulcher continued endeavors to increase union membership as a JC-53 delegate. Winning election as Local 830's Recording Secretary in 2003, Fulcher went on to function as a union pension fund trustee and a delegate to the 2006 and 2011 IBT Convention. Glenn Fulcher was Elected Vice President in 2006, 2009, 2012 and 2015.

Glenn Fulcher, an honorably discharged U.S. Army Sergeant, currently works for Local 830 as Vice President and Business Representative. Dedicated to the Philadelphia and Telford area, Fulcher aids nonprofits that serve needy and elderly people. Fulcher, an active member of St. Agnes Parish, likes to walk and visit historic towns.
