I've been writing professionally since 1999, mostly as a part of the tech industry. Early in my career, I was a journalist covering the Linux and Open Source movements. After stints doing technical support and system administration, I moved on to doing technical writing for government housing software vendors, and eventually for major electronic health record software vendors.

Through this, my off time was spent learning the craft of writing in the arts: blogs, short stories, and scripts for games and film. My work has been featured in video games, film festivals throughout the U.S., and used in branding efforts for major companies.

I have a degree is music composition, and play the violin. Currently, I serve as a senior technical writer at a large medical software company, and as writer and advisor for two Tampa-based film companies. My first feature, Misty Blue Lane, is scheduled for release in 2017.

For all my digital work, it's my notebooks, pens, typewriters, and dedicated word processors which handle the bulk of my ideas. Ilove writing, technology, teaching, scifi, books, bookstores, and coffee, reading, gaming, watching films/TV, and cycling. And I am nothing if not curious. eclectic in my tastes, and hard working.
