A special focus is on people and their needs for solutions to better manage the abundance of digital information (s)he meets daily. The notion of creating 'mental models' as a means to simulate and make predictions is a cornerstone. A long term goal is to understand how mental models are created, changed or overridden as experiences are evolving. How do we - then - design information architectures for mental models: Responsive digital architectures?

My background is a blend of mathematics, philosophy, psychology and computer science at Uppsala and Stockholm University. The doctoral thesis was conducted at the Computing Science Department, Uppsala University. The work was (and still is) about information, structure and process viewed from a cognitive and social perspective.
