I want to change the way companies "do" business.

I've had many years of IT involvement in directories, identity management, software distribution, e-mail and collaboration. It's through collaboration and Enterprise Social that I found that I could drive change through large organizations. By being provocative, taking some smart risks and being passionate, I have led a Social Business evolution. Today I work for Actiance helping customers implement our software, and discover the value of social business.

Outside of work, I like to Geocache. It's a high-tech Treasure hunting activity. I also like photography, to rock climb, play golf, ski, and practice yoga. It's through these activities that I stay sane.
