Gregg Colburn

Gregg Colburn currently serves as a Partner at Interlachen Capital Group in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Gregg Colburn began his investing and finance career with Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the investment banking division in New York. While at Goldman Sachs, Gregg Colburn worked as a member of the mergers and acquisitions department. After two years in New York, Gregg Colburn relocated to Chicago. While in Chicago, Gregg Colburn worked for Goldman Sachs, Frontenac Company and Citadel Investment Group. Gregg Colburn was employed at Citadel Investment Group for five years and most recently served as a Vice President in the Private Investments Group. In 2005, Gregg Colburn was one of seven co-founders of Interlachen Capital Group, a multi-strategy asset manager, with seven other partners. At Interlachen, Gregg Colburn serves as a Partner and oversees the Private Investments strategy. Gregg Colburn received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Albion College in Albion, Michigan. Since 2002, Gregg Colburn has been active with his alma mater serving as a member of the Visiting Committee for Albion College’s Gerstacker Institute. While in Chicago, Gregg Colburn earned his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg School of Management with an emphasis in Strategy and Finance. Gregg Colburn has served on the board of directors for multiple companies as well as non-profit organizations. Most recently, Gregg Colburn has served as a member of both the Church Council and Executive Committee of Normandale Lutheran Church as well as a member of the Board of Governors of Opportunity International.
