Grimot Nane is the Editor of Grimot Nane Zine. He is a multi-disciplinary development economist living in London. His core research paradigm is the institutional political economy as it applies to corruption, institutions, energy, development, ecocide and communications. Grimot has up till recently been strongly focused on the political economy of energy (electric power) sector besides other sectors.

Professionally, Grimot has worked in the fields of environmental management and energy management in the UK and energy policy in Nigeria. He more recently is a university lecturer / researcher in development studies and research methods besides being a consultant in the industry.

Grimot is a keen supporter of many social causes and dedicated to the Niger Delta crises and disability rights.
